    Thanks for looking into this post. That’s no help to me. I even tried searching google but could not find a decent US map. Most of the maps are either too small in size or they don’t have the major US interstates shown. Maps available at google, mapquest, yahoo etc are in small size.

    As I said, I wanted a US map in which I can then zoom in to show where I started the journey and where all we stoped.

    Here’s what I have in mind. I am looking for a map say 2000 x 2000 pixels in dimensions. I will initially show a zoomed out version of the map to fit on the 720 x 480 view port. Then I start to zoom in as well as pan, as needed, so that I can show the 100% map view of the starting point. From there the map is always shown at 100% but I keep panning the map by drawing a line over the map to show that we are travelling and what interstate we are taking…
