  • Hi Pierpaolo,

No, I was trying to open it by simply double clicking on it.

Would it be different if I were to open Premiere, and THEN in Premiere try to open the project file?

  • Additional info: I am using Adobe Premiere CS6 on a PC.

    Thanks.

  • Will do, Chris.

  • I’ll give that a go. Thank you again.

  • Thank you Chris. In the footage that I’m working with, the color that I want to keep is a bright color that is part of the costume of a character that is moving across the screen. It moves a lot, and the patches of color change shape constantly (the fabric containing this particular color is flapping in the wind). Is there a way to use a track matte or other tool to isolate this? I looked at a video online, but it’s not clear to me how this could be accomplished. Thank you again.

  • Thanks very much, Danny.

  • Good morning,

Just to provide additional information, the warning message that Premiere gives me after rendering is as follows: “Adobe Premiere Pro is running very low on system memory. Please save your project and proceed with caution.”

Also, for completeness, below is a record of all of the times I’ve tried to export this film using Adobe Media Encoder, which have failed each time for reasons unknown (I don’t know why it says “operation was interrupted by user”.)

    Thank you again, very much.

    Amar
