    aren’t the file coded with pro res, 3 times bigger than HDV or other coded with AIC…?

    Yes I hope in lepoard, but in the meantime i’ve to finish my work coding and capturing with apple intermediate codec-best quality-…

    dear zrb123,

    thank you for your prompt answer…I have to explain that the 8 cores are working all together from half to 3\4 of their capacity….I understand it just looking the green meters of my CPU MONITOR…and only when I use a magic bullet efx the processors are not optimized and i can see working only one processor a time….but i disabled magic bullet efx for this reason…

    I tried to work enabling the Qmaster function as seen on that video (thank you) but it does not affect the neverending rendering times…I’m currently trying to do that more exatcly…

    I think that the best solution will be another one : to capture the footage coding in APPLE INTERMEDIATE CODEC -best quality-….any other ideas…?

    hoping in Leopard features…..
