Keep in mind that most independent producers work alone and with limited funds to get their projects completed. They can’t buy an expensive tool that they need for one project when the margin is tight.
Post facilities on the other hand in the current economic climate need to be responsive to the needs of the clients they serve. To that end, we are purchasing Automatic Duck, which should allow our Final Cut clients to bring their projects in with relative ease in our Avid environment.
