Sorry, I should have put it in the basics. I did check my manual however. My problem is I can’t find that box! It’s blatently obvious when I try to export a quicktime movie (as per manual) but when I want to save the the fcp project I go to “File” choose ” ave projects as” and then the only options are naming the file and choosing its location. there is no box saying whether to make it self contained. There is a a pull down section labelled “Format” but it’s in light writing and I can’t access it. I have checked my preferences and settings and can’t see anything there. Any advice?
