I had this same Problem. Had to create separate titles for each still frame in a 300 frame sequence. Everything I tried had similar issues. I tired duplicate or create a new title based on template. It would be slightly different in size.. or kerning.. This was a deal breaker for me in Premiere Pro. I switched back to Final Cut X to do this project in. Which I hate…but this has made using Premiere useless for me…..
