Thank you both. For my particular footage I don’t have scene detection. If I were to capture it in batches, do I have to record the first scene, and then pause the camera at the exact first frame of the second scene, etc, or is there an easier way?

Also, when I encode it as a mpeg or flv, there is no problem. But I would rather fix the problem.
