I am creating a short 24p video for online using a photo and titles created in premiere pro. I have CS4. All titles are set to progressive and use square pixels. When I encode it as an h 264, the video plays fine, but it appears blackened. I have included a screenshot of this. When I encode it as a QT NTSC 24p, the titles are delayed with respect to the audio. In one instant the title is skipped completely. I am using the opacity effect to have these titles transition in and out. I greatly appreciate any help.

Also, when I encode it as a mpeg or flv, there is no problem. But I would rather fix the problem.
