If you can wait until Friday when the tech comes in I can get all that information and I think I’m going to have to reinstall the whole matrox setup because the plug ins don’t even work.

When I clicked configure thats when I get the error thats title is mvePremiereModules and says The Profile can not be set, you should close the program and restart. I don’t get what it means by profile I use to use premiere pro 1.5 and an older matrox card and never had any problems.

Like you said I used the matrox preset and when I went to capture settings all I have is DV HDV and Matrox AVI when I chose the matrox it derailed the computer. This is the latest version of premiere and the matrox drivers appear up to date. I’m sorry if I’m bothering you.

I understand the firewire port and I’ve rigged my system right now to go through that, but I’d like to use the component and its not letting me select that nor configure system to use it.
