    Got the same here, James. Somewhere I read that you should go to NVidia Control Panel:

    Manage 3D settings
    Program Settings (right tab in the middle part)
    Premiere
    Vertical Sync
    choose Use Global Setting

    But even that didn´´’t fix the problem.
