For boosting audio I use only Limiter of Multipressor (haven’t decided yet which one is more appropriate), I don’t touch the volume slider, it’s not adaptive to an unbalanced audio recording. I meant that the surround panning somehow normalised the sound enriching it at the same time.

Here’s how it looks. I’ve added two text layers (for two different title designs) and connected one text layer to another one. But the default text of the linked layer is “Type here your text” — the Blur In behaviour takes the length of this string instead of the length of the source text.

Yes, some kind of a set of snapshots. That’s an obvious way. Just thought, maybe there’s some more advanced solution for that. More elegant, if I may say so.

That’s what I do actually. But I’d like to change the number of segments while working with the transition in FCPX. That’s why I wanted to automate the animation — to get it controllable.
