    yes but i have update the firmware, try different tapes and my recorder is almost new.
    and we agree about the the pre-roll…

    well… in the middle (i hope…if not will be endless) …and yes the suport of FCP is better and olso better with the update of the firmware of the BR-HD50…

    but i cant not make it work with capture now, non controlable device and HDV for codec…

    Walter Biscardi, Jr. was not shure abaut it…

    right, by default will be 6 sec, and of corse it make sense….i have that set to 5 frames…

    ok the final solution for my was: i both a external dvd recorder (the material it was for the sreepters to writhe down timecodes with normal dvd player at home) an connected direct to the BR-50 with display on screen… easier and faster…thank for the help.
