the problem is with lcd monitors, when i render the text effect it looses a lot of quality, but watchin it in a tube monitor it looks fine

check Audio/video settings > A/V devices, and select the devices for DIFFERENT OUTPUT FOR EDIT TO TAPE/PRINT TO VIDEO

Final cut doesn`t work well with mp3 audio. you’ll need to transform that mp3 to aiff or wav. You can use a program call Audio Hijack, search it in google, you can download it free.
