Fixed!

Downloaded and installed every Windows 7 update I could find including the optional ones and the shearing is gone!

Presume it was some sort of communication problem between the OS and graphics card?

Great to have a solution anyway, thanks for the advice Tim.

Hi,

Feeding another monitor full screen as well as viewing in smaller preview window on the other monitor.

The footage is not interlaced, rendering progressive. Frame rate is 25. Thanks for your reply!
