Here is the fix!
Thanks to the folks at OWC
I do not know how to attach the file called: DiskIconRemover2.zip
But that is what you need from OWC and then follow their instructions.
It works perfectly and now the “Media Page” sees my OWC raid

Here are the instructions
1. Quit Premiere Pro if the app is open.
2. Un-zip the application DiskIconRemover2.zip
3. Launch the application and authenticate with your user password.
4. Follow the instructions at the top of the Disk Icon Remover Window.
