PP14 media page not seeing raid
I am new to PP14.
PP14 on Mid 2010 Mac Pro, 10.9.5,
Media Page does not show connected raid. Project page does show the raid and allows me to import files into the project.
Have tried connecting it to different esata ports and to different esata cards. Same problem it does not see it on media page. I have another raid and the media page does recognized it.Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? The raid is OWC 16 TB in raid 5 configuration.

just ran in to this with Oliver Peters last week…
if this RAID came preformatted….
you will have to copy material off the raid and reformat thru disk utility in order for it to be seen….

Seems strange neither OWC nor Adobe have come up with a fix for this yet.

Here is the fix!
Thanks to the folks at OWC
I do not know how to attach the file called: DiskIconRemover2.zip
But that is what you need from OWC and then follow their instructions.
It works perfectly and now the “Media Page” sees my OWC raidHere are the instructions
1. Quit Premiere Pro if the app is open.
2. Un-zip the application DiskIconRemover2.zip
3. Launch the application and authenticate with your user password.
4. Follow the instructions at the top of the Disk Icon Remover Window.Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
