Sorry for late reply, been out.
Yes, I can import the clip from the scratch disk and the clip imports fine, as a master clip, Plays fine also. After further review, the captured clip that is created as a subclip does not have all the media attached (as if I did make a subclip with in and out points from a master clip after digitizing) Any more insight? Thanks for the help.

open up log and capture
type in reel name
type in description
type in tc in and outs
type in log note
click on log clip

move to next clip and repeat until tape is done.

click on batch capture button and let FCP do it’s thing.

Is there a preference that I have on that I can’t find or something else check marked that I’m overlooking?
