Because you said avoid WMV, and I tried to render as mp4, but still the same result.

I did what you said.

1. I convert the .3gp file to mp4 using Any Video Converter, to 1920×1080 reso, and 29.97 fps.
2. Sync in vegas, everything looks fine in preview.
3. Render it using NTSC DV preset.

However, the rendered video come out as motion blur. I can see the motion blur when my finger moving during guitar playing.

4. So I right click the clip, properties and tick Disable Resample and re-render it again. Also I put Field Order as None(in properties and render preset setting).

The video rendered fine. But the delay is still there, only this time it is not so much noticeable. Even I myself can’t see much when the audio delayed, but I can sense it. It’s like my finger movement and the sound are not logical enough to looks like I’m playing it live.
