Steve Bentley its fixed the issue, Thank you so much!!!!!! I really Appreciate it. the spline was the only problem.

the camera doesnt touch the ground, its floating and goes up after.

the man (subject) its ok, but the water suddenly get the alpha (not fully alpha) as well as the background turns black
