    Hi Paul.

You do not need to key anything out. To take advantage of the alpha channel you have to put it on top of the footage you want it to affect and set the footage to use it as a matte.

Hope it was what you were looking for.

Trapcode Echospace might be what you´re looking for:

    https://www.trapcode.com/products_echospace.html

Also there are some pretty good tutorials about that technic around the web that might be your starting point:

    https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/3d_offset/

And some posts here on the cow as well. Even if you have to hit CTRL+D some times you can distribute them in a faster better easier way then doing it manually one by one.

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers.

  • Actually I can rotate that in all directions. I just posted that one as an example. Tought you would not need all the angles.

    Let me try again:

Try not to make the world a bunch of YES and NOs….

Sorry I was really busy at the time….

All the best and good luck to you. Goodbye is all I have to say.

    over and out

  • Seems to be working pretty well here.

I don´t really know what might be wrong.

    Is it still happening?

    Cheers.

  • Hi there.

For making the object one sided you can apply this expression to the 3D shapes opacity:

    if (toCompVec([0, 0, 1])[2] > 0 ) value else 0

(to apply an expression ALT+click the stopwatch of the property)

Is right there on our best friend F1.

    Good luck.

    Cheers.

    ninguem.
