Well when i import the Video it is the Format of .MOV
Then when i edit it, and then render it/save it the video becomes all choppy, and lags terribly…. Not to mention before i save it, the Audio track messes up at the end in synchronization….Can you please help me with this?

Or i was thinking since the Video is on VHS is it possible to transfer the VHS tape to the computer? like connect a cord to the vcr and comp or tv or something? would that work? and if so how would i do that?
