Do you mean Producer 11.6.1? 11.5.x wasn’t built for Intel.

Anyway I think 11.6.2 should be out soon; maybe that will have a fix for your issue.

Reformat one of them. Back it up first.

If it hasn’t been digitized, try selecting the clip and then “Change Attributes” in the Media menu. It will work on multiple clips too.

    I’m down to 2 ideas:
    1. delete the file ~/Library/Preferences/com.Media100.Media100HD.plist which stores some prefs about file save/open dialogs (the ~ means your user directory)
    2. contact M100 support

I’m just trying to give him something to try. Maybe it will get around his problem, maybe it won’t, but nobody else suggested anything.

Try dragging the XML export file on the OMF export application. I think it’s somewhere in the Media 100 folder, but I’m not sure.

Can you do an export to XML?

More RAM wouldn’t hurt, but I doubt that having “only” 2G is causing that. I think that some problems with the interface to Graffiti and Red are being fixed in the next update; you could contact M100 and see if you can get on the beta list.

    What’s a nervous cursor?
If Producer crashes and you get the dialog to send the crash log to M100, make sure you do so and fill in the form that says what you were doing before the crash. I think they are planning a patch release in the near future.

Depending on what kind of board you have, after you trashed the preferences you might have to re-enable non-square (aka 720 aka 601) media in the prefs. (Some revisions had a separate 601 enabler.) That would explain the 720 slashed circle. But the error -19097 sounds ominous and so does the diagnostics failure. You could try turning off the Mac and carefully re-seating the board and connector cable. Even powering down for a while and letting things cool might help temporarily. Or of course it could all go totally bad in an instant. If things are really critical you should contact M100 and see what answers and prices they might have.
