    HI,
I have a video clip of a blinking eye.
I want to create a transistion by zooming into the iris and a new title arises. I tried it out but the zooming is not realistic. Any suggestions??

This shot is generally called an impossible zoom, a search of the Cow archives will dig up lots of threads about this.

Ultimately, the shot comes down to the quality of the footage. if you’re happy with you eye close up, then if i were in your shoes, i’d set the video layer to be a 3d layer and keyframe its position in z-space to do the zoom in. that way the camera appears to move towards the eyes, rather than magnifying it.

    Hope that helps
