zooming glitch – picture distorts
Whenever I zoom into any image I put in Photoshop, the image distorts and has “ghost” images over the image itself thus making it hard to refine edges.
In the screenshot picture below, the first picture is just the regular artboard with no zoom, then the other two are zoomed in once (when pressing Control + +) and the other is zoomed a few times.
Any ideas? I tried googling this but others seems to have issues where it turned their image black and white instead.

That certainly looks like a video card issue.
Try turning on (or off) the OpenGL acceleration:

If that doesn’t help, I’d look into getting a new and better card:

Worked like a charm! I turned off the Graphic Processor and it went back to “normal”. Thank you so much!!!
