    Hello,
    Adobe Premier CS4 user here!

I just finished my newest music video and exported my project to my_video_name.mp4
On several places I used to move&scale some footages and they’re moving and zooming smoothly in preview window.
After export they move and zoom in steps.
I have also noticed that many movemnents look like slow motion after export even though they work 100% naturally in preview monitor.

All my sequences have same settings:
    1280 x 720 (1,0)
    25 fps
    Audio 48000 Hz Stereo

    Export settings were
    H.264
    HDTV 720p 23.976 High Quality
AAC 192 kbps 48000 Hz Stereo

I used to export my videos as Windows Media before
    using preset:
    (1280×720 25p fps)
Audio 440 kbps 44 kHz 24 bit to get a better sound.

    Didn’t had moving/zooming problems.
I export my media as I type with Windows Media preset and hope
    problems will disaapear.

I guess problem could lay in converting from 24 fps to 25 fps

I would question why the need to convert from 25p to 24p? That is most likely causing a bit of stuttering motion in the playback. Stick with 25p output unless there is some compelling reason that REQUIRES 24p delivery.

    Thank you

    Thank you, Jeff.
Of course there was no need to do that. I noticed that a little too late. Anyway, after new export using Windows Media settings my video played fine. After rebooting PC the first file (mp4) played better too so it looks like my PC was tired and needed refreshing. Still it wasn’t playing perfectly and everything you said make sence.

    Thank you for replay
