Zoom small part of video in Premiere Pro
Hello CC, I was wondering how i could for instance, create this effect with Premiere like i can with Photoshop, I’m new to Premiere, but experienced in Photoshop
Here is what i wish to do:

Is this what you mean? Took a couple of seconds in Premiere using an Opacity mask.

That is exactly what i mean.

Just duplicate your footage on the track above, then use the mask tools in the Opacity controls to draw the mask on the upper clip. Then scale and move the upper clip as you need.
