I operate an XH-A1 and have noticed that, out of the blue, my zooms are working slower than normal. I have the zoom control set to variable, but no matter how high I crank the speed dial, I am left with a mid-range zoom in terms of speed. On top of this, the autozoom atop the camera does not even appear to be functioning any longer.

Does anyone have any idea as to what could have gone wrong? Is there another way to increase the sensitivity of the zoom? This has become a very serious issue as I do a lot of run-and-gun handheld work.
