Zoom in Text Effect with a trail behind
Hi
I’m trying to figure out how to create a title effect where the text zooms in from nothing but has a trail of the text that lags behind then catches up once the title is full size.Hope I’m explaining this right! 😉
Can anyone give me a hand?

One way might be to get the movement the way you want. Now copy it a couple of times to lower tracks and offset them slightly. You might even want to change the opacity on the copies.

Another way I was just looking at is that Buff Titler. I saw one I liked there, but I’m going to try your suggestion first.
Need to composit my background graphics/video first though as it’s going to take a lot of tracks to get that all correct. Then I’ll render it out to AVI so it’s all on one track and then work on the actual title.

you could also try the “light rays” FX and have it set to the opposite of your movement?
