Zoom in on earth (with sphere filter on)
I’ve seen this around the web a few times, where people created a globe with a map and the sphere filter. That’s great and all, but I’ve not seen how you do any camera work with it.
I’m using a vector image of earth for my globe and so want to zoom in with the camera, but what ever I zoom, either vector or camera, the image is just moved/distorted inside the sphere.
Is there a way to zoom in so the aspect ratio of the map and sphere stay the same? I’m sure it’s just a tick box I’m missing? Hope I’ve explained it ok.

The sphere filter is a distort filter. Are you trying to do this: If so, watch the tutorial. https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/earth_zoom/ I’m sure the same concepts apply to Motion.
