zoom h4n connect to DSLR
Hi Guys:
I purchased a h4n with accessories recently,
when i connect h4n to 5d mark2 by attenuator cable and hit video record button, this is no any sound has been recorded after i check video. Does anyone has been experience this problem or know solution ?question 2 this is always a noise from zoom h4n during recording after i playback audio file. is there any setting i need to change ?

You have the used the h/phone -line out of the H4n…. what was the volume set at?
When playing back an audio file from the H4n you will often notice the ‘live’ inputs also loop to the output. You will need to disconnect the input or switch to another input that is silent for best results.
What microphone are you using on the H4n?
