I have to make videos for my YouTube channel and to upload I need to have it as a smaller size,
but when I render and export it ends up being at least 30GB or even if I make the bit-rate smaller I lose my quality with a smaller file size, the problem is I need the video to be good quality for 720p and still have good quality otherwise my computer fills up too quickly with 30GB videos and my upload time is like a few days.

Please I need help and fast!

Use the YouTube encoding presets in Adobe Media Encoder.
