I am preparing to do a series of video segments on a town near me. I was doing it in my older
dvstorm windows system with premiere 6 and after effects 5. The system crashed and I am going to press my
acquired rtx2 system into service finally. I have adobe production plus on it.

Now here is my question or questions.

I am shooting dv on a sony z1 60 frames interlaced

placement is going to be google and my tube. All of the video segment will be done in premiere pro2

what should the output be to get it on the web?

I had a commercial done in after effects 5 on the crashed system so to repeat the commercial in production studio pro after effects 7 and put the completed AE composition in the premire pro timeline how should the after effects commercial composition be output to premiere pro. Keeping in mind the premiere pro project will be put on youtube and google:

okay to summarize:

1.for output to google and youtube what should I output the premire pro project to?

2. I have a after effects 7 composition which will nest in the premiere pro2 project what should I output
the after effects comp in to reside in the premiere pro 2 project???

My concern was the possible double compression of the AE commercial
