I have the Yield sing over an icon in the Libraries viewer.

I just reconnected the slides (image files)

    the yield is still there.

Also, there is one over a different Library name.

Is there a place to see where all these error messages are hiding so I have a clue
    on what to fix?

If everything is actually relinked, then a restart of the app usually gets rid of the caution sign.

argh – the Yield sings are still there!

How do I find out what they are referring to?

Something is still offline. You could look in the browser and see if you see a red offline sign, or select the library and choose File > Relink Files and select the radio button to “missing” and see if X reports which files are still missing.

Thanks – I will check that way again.

I made the mistake of “organizing ” some slides, but in the finder in the Project library ..
and then now there are many errors, even after I put the files back into the top level of

And I read that sometime it means a project has not finished rendering ….

I really wish I could right click and show the error reason..

and while we are at it, it is none of these:

What does it look like? A yellow sign with an exclamation point?

    Yes. That’s media offline.

In the Browser, do you see any red clips that are offline?

  • Patrick Donegan

    December 14, 2015 at 9:38 pm

Nope – I don’t see any media that is off line in those clips.

It could also be that the rendering is not complete.

I really wish I could just right click and see where the error are.

[Patrick Donegan] “Nope – I don’t see any media that is off line in those clips.”

If you select the event and chose File > Relink Clips and click the “Missing” Radio button, are there any clips listed?

I have seen the the Offline indicator on my setup with all media connected – it turned out to be a missing transition. I’d been cleaning up my effects / transitions / generators (removing demos, etc.), and I had inadvertently left a demo transition in one of my projects.

    Something else to check…
