Yet another render qu… to FACEBOOK
Hi again pros!!
Ive asked so many render questions (and I AM learning slowly!!) but now i need to render my 12.57minute, 1440×1080 PAL (25fps) wedding video to facebook..
I exported as mp4 for a iPhone copy, but its about 80mb and is SHABBY quality on facebook.
Whats the best i could use and get a quality actually worth watching on FB?

Sony AVC with the Internet 1280×720-25p preset should look pretty good.

Thanks Mike. Im rendering it at te moment.
Its at about 15% and up to 70mb…
This will end up being over 700mb i guess.. is that not massive for a facebook video?

I have no idea Glenn as I’ve never posted a video to Facebook.
I looked on the site and it doesn’t say anything about a file size limit, only formats.
If they say that it’s too large,go into the Custom options for that preset and drop the bitrate from 8,000,000 to 4,000,000
You will take a quality hit (try it and see for yourself though) but the file size will drop a lot.
