  • Xpresso Memory Node not showing up when rendering.

    Hi,

Reasonably new to C4D and I’m having a weird issue using a Memory Node.

I have an object (a butterfly) which I’ve animated so that it’s wings flap.

In order to save on keyframes, I’ve set up a Null object which I’ve connected through Xpresso to drive the wings. I’ve also used the same Null to drive the position of the body as well as a bend deformer so that I have a nice natural bend in the wings.

In order to achieve natural looking movement, I’ve set up a Memory Node between the Null and the body / bend modifier which delays the effect of the driver. It all looks great in the Editor window, however when I render to picture viewer, the Memory Node has no effect at all.

    Any advice very much appreciated.
