I just finished editing a project in premiere pro 5.5 that I need to get into a final cut workflow for our colorist. I did a project manage to get all of my clips in the timeline trimmed and separated on a different drive and then did and xml export. When I open the xml in fcp everything comes up except it seems all of the frame rates are back to there original rates so the timeline has gaps all over the place. In premiere I used the interpret footage feature to change my 60 and 29.97 frames/sec shots to 23.976. Any ideas how to fix? Is there a way to make the interpreted frame rates permanent on the source files? Thanks!

Use QT Edit from Digital Rebellion to modify the source frame rate to 23.976 (or use Cinema Tools if you have it).
