  XML and file extensions (FCP 6 to 5)

  Hi,

  I have been exporting XML (vers 2) files from FCP 6 to my older FCP 5.0 suite. It works fine, however FCP 6 doesn’t seem to use the file extensions (.mov) and FCP 5 does, so I end up having to relink every media clip manually.

  Is there any way around this? How do I get FCP 6 to use the extension, or get FCP 5 to not be so picky?
