XMF x-fer problem
Newbie question, I have nearly 2 hours of footage of my sons Christmas concert on 3 SxS cards. Have uploaded & edited all but 1 card with no problems. The file in question will play perfectly well in Sony Clip Browser, from either the original card or from the saved file, be it on my internal RAID, or the G-drive. The problem comes up when I export to XMF, the 1st half of the file plays just fine, but the I run into audio break-up consistently. What I hear is about 5 frames of audio then approx. 1 sec. silence, repeat as necessary to the end of the clip. I have tried x-fering to and from ALL available drives with exactly the same problem. My only recorse at the moment is to capture the audio directly from the camera (analog) and match it up on the timeline.
Any other thoughts & has anyone else run into this??Thanx, Kevin
