xmEdit node-based Non-Linear Editing replacement?
Posted by Scott Cornell on December 18, 2009 at 6:20 pmSo has anyone found a replacement for xmEdit?
I was recently suggested xmEdit for our work flow and I think it would a huge improvement but unfortunately the download is non-existent. Does anyone know of a suitable replacement?Scott Cornell replied 16 years, 4 months ago 3 Members · 5 Replies -

December 18, 2009 at 7:23 pmI was looking at this product the other day. Does anybody know what happened to the company? The website is frozen in time and I could not get the demo version to actually do anything.

December 19, 2009 at 8:54 amAm assuming you mean Traffic (xmedit is/was the company name) …. as for a replacement product, it may be helpful if you explained what it was you wanted to do, then folks can hopefully offer some alternative products or workflows that you could look into.

December 19, 2009 at 8:56 pmYes the program Traffic, sorry for being unclear.
We would like to automate our sequence creation process for our traffic files. Currently we have our neilson watermarked audio files named with ISCI, spot name and 800#. From that we would like to name the sequence, add the ISCI and 800# to the slate and the 800# accordingly throughout the spot as needed. -
