Xena LHe not seeing decks in Premiere or Machina?
I am using these for ingest for compression – they worked fine for a while and the operators have updated to 3.5 drivers, and now the machines seem to be unable to control the decks using the regular 422 cables.
I have uninstalled, gone back to 3.0.1 and come back to 3.5, run new test cables which also didn;t work, but tested all the cables with a DNF controller box, and now am stymied. Anybody got any thoughts?Joe

So I have removed the software using the uninstall as well as the remove, pulled the card and rebooted clean. I re-inserted the card in the machine (HP) and re-installed everything, and still no deck control…

Can you see that RS422 deck remote is selected in Premiere Pro and Machina?
This sounds like a software setting might have gotten flipped someplace perhaps…?

Restored system to working point, and still the 422 is unresponsive… Checked all the settings…

Does Machina see the TC if you just manually press play? What format are you using and how is it coming in? (SDI/analog, etc…)
