  XDCAM Slow/Quick 1080 30p(60p)…CANNOT VIEW. CBR?

  A shooter I worked with shot some 1080 30p stuff for me and it transfered fine using XDCAM Transfer. However, the Slow/Quick overcrank stuff (30p at 60 frames) will not play. Just black. I noticed that he shot in CBR. Could this be an issue? I’ve transfered Slow Quick stuff before and it worked great. I can play the proxy in XDCAM Transfer but no such luck with the transfered file. Am I missing a codec? Please help me!
