XDCAM or HDCAM SR lite for offline?

XDCAM….but for offline the typical codecs are DNxHD36 or DV or 15:1…

Thanks a lot, the reason I asked this, is because we shoot on F55, and we have instantly XDCAM HD and Raw. But we can switch the proxy to HDCAM SR lite, an I wondered if this could be easier for the CPU.
Now I understand that its better to stay on XDCAM.
