  XDCam fluctuating colors

  I am importing (wrapping) footage from BPAV files via XDCam Transfer but when I import and open them in FCP there is a faint color fluctuation (pulsing)on the clips. When I open them directly via QuickTime they look great. I’ve worked with this workflow many times but have never noticed this problem before. The footage was shot on a Sony EX3. Any suggestions?
