    XDCAM EX to AVID Xpress Pro 4.6

    I have a bit of an odd problem I hope someone can help me with.

    I shot a short film using a Sony EX-1 using SxS cards. I have copied all the files on those cards onto my MacBook Pro, but need to edit the footage on my college computers using AVID Xpress Pro 4.6, which obviously only accepts standard definition files.

    Is there any way I can convert the files into a SD format that AVID can read and edit?

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
