XDcam Dual Mono export problem
Hi All –
I am trying to output a clip form FCP using the XDCam plugin. I know that the media all has to be dual-mono, and everything is up to spec. In my bin, under ‘audio’, all the clips show up as 2 mono.When I click on a clip and select export/xdcam, a box comes up that says “the clip has stereo audio channels. It is only possible to export clips with mono audio channels”.
I’ve tried exporting the clip through quicktime conversion to discrete audio, and a few other tricks but nothing has worked. I’m at a complete loss….
Any help?

You sequence has to be set to dual mono audio in its settings.
