Hi everyone I wondr if you can answer this question

If i scale footage with the shift key on in FCP [it does the opposite to After Effects] and does not keep the footage scaled in pro.
If I go to the attributes of the footage is does not give me the x or y adjustments [as in After effects]. how can see this. is this a glitch in FCP?

    Hi Mike,
In FC you don’t need to use the Shift key to resize keeping the x/y proportional. If you use the Shift key, what you are doing is distorting. Have a look in the “Distort” in the Motion tab to see how the value changes.
