  x and y axes lines appear in wacom tablet drawing animation

  I am making a drawing animation using a WACOM TABLET in PSD CS6.
  I have been working for 10 hours on an 8 second drawing animation and in the 10th hour the compass appeared and x and y axes lines have embedded themselves inside my drawing animation.
  I exported the video and they are still visible. My drawing is about a growing organic mass and these rigid lines completely disrupt the hand-drawn flow of my animation.
  
  Please help
