    Wrong Kona LHe PAL presets

    Hi,

    Please note the mistakes in the PAL presets :

    – AJA Kona LHe – PAL 8bit & 10bit Uncompressed :
    Frame Size : “5:4 720 x 576”, instead of “4:3 768 x 576”

    – AJA Kona LHe – PAL 8bit to DV, DVCPro & DVCPro 50 :
    Field Domainance : “Lower”, instead of “Upper”
