    Hi Greg; I like it. Wish I could have seen an example of the layout you use. We have waffled between portrait and landscape orientation.

    Also for all dollar amounts we round to the nearest dollar and do not use any decimals.

    So $1500.00 now looks like $1500

    Looks like less, doesn’t it?

    I also noticed you weren’t paying for lunch for your client. Hmmm….on shoots we always assume we are paying for lunches for everyone on the set and it is in the budget…

    Anyway, nice job!

    Thanks for the kind words. our layout is in portrait. You can fit more on a page.

    Great tip about not using decimals when possible. We try to do that too. However the deposit may include decimal points depending on the amount and deposit percentage.

    For lunch, we prefer to not have it in the budget, as we try to keep our pricing low. We feel that this also gives the client some choices.
