write-on EFFECT IN CS4 AE-desp
Hi
I have been trying to create a building forming using the write on effect so that the building draws onto screen. now i mask the outer lines of the building and then create a 2nd mask to do the same with the windows and the lines inside the building. Thats where it goes all wrong? I am making two masks; 1 for outer lines and one for inner . I am using a single picture of building.
What am i doing wrong? when i make the 2nd mask the first one doesn’t show in the preview! It keeps happening…I only then see the second write on effect|. I am making one write on effect per mask? is that right? Sorry if this sounds confusing guys.

Make sure all your mask modes are set to ‘none’
And all your write-on or stroke effects ar set to “On Original Image”
